Oscillator and Ir receiver used in Ir Switch project

Hi, i just want to ask about the Ir switch project that i download I've seen in this site sir.
I use Pic1018 as a Ir receiver. and i use 12.000MHz oscillator instead of 11.059MHz coz i don't have any. but the project sir is not giving any output. What do you think i the problem sir? Thank you.

I have adjusted the main timing loops in the program to suit a 12MHz crystal.
I think that is all that is needed.

The comment does say the time values as per the theory but on actual hardware you might need to adjust those timings. So if nothing is working for you, I suggest you copy the decoding part and then add uart routines to print RC5 decoded values. They should be what is expected and if not try adjusting delay.
