I want to copy a .led file from my computer to "Nuvoton N79E352RADG" Microcontroller, which software should I use to burn Microcontroller?

The standard file for a n79e352r /8051 is a ".hex" file, so I don't know what your ".led" file is.
The nuvoton web site has sample files and programming software.
