Also is it possible to pass value through USB port, as I MAY use serial to usb converter.

spiritgate,first congrats that it worked before we start from scrach, first tell me your main goal. I know that you have a dev board to work on.

my main goal is to pass value from RFID to microcontroller then the microcontroller will light up the LED. Now the passing of value can work, but I need another serial port to combine them tgt

RFID -> serial port-> micro-controller.
that is the first serial port used. what is the other one for? 'combine "them" together', what is the other part, the PC?

I cant connect RFID to microcontroller directly, because RFID need to be run by my VBScript

if u are looking for two UARTs (serial ports) in one 8051 core based microcontroller, these are the options:
Atmel
AT89c51RE2
Dallas
DS89c430/DS89c450

else, u can use the software UART as already suggested in previous posts.

why you need a vbscript to make ur rfid work?

do this.. tap your serial port using a free serial port monitor software. see what your VB script is sending to reader and what reader is giving, then you can implement the same on controller. so you can eliminate the use of PC.

It might sound hard to you but its very very easy. and gonna help you a lot

You can get a free version of a monitor here
http://www.serial-port-monitor.com/index.html
and it does work.
