Serial port Big Display Plz Help

Hello To everyone n Rickey's world
It is my first post i hope you guys will help me

I draw the serial port big display and i want a source code in (C++ or Assembly) language
and also give (VB software coding ) for it.

Here are the Picture which i draw.

well.. why don't you program it yourself?
you have already made the schematic.. I am sure you can do the coding part also...
its not difficult.. I can guide you.. search in forum about seven segment display you will get code as well as info on how to use them and program them..
