Wow, you are so right!!! That's woderful. Thank you for very good advices! I changed powering from USB to a 4.5V battery and LEDs started to flash when pushing buttons.
Now I'll try to inteface them to MCUs and see how it works.

Hi, Majoka.
I've interfaced encoder and decoder to MCUs. The good news are that receiver's RD pin goes high when I push button on the transmitter, however LEDs don't flash. I used your wiritten program.

Decoder's VT pin goes high when I push button on the transmitter. Maybe there's still a problem in power supply.

It worked The problem was that I didn't conncet P2 free pins to ground. Now when I have time, I'll try to conncet LCD and send symbols.

The problem was that I didn't connect P2 free pins to ground
i think u not done it at rx side
am i right ?
VT pin is for valid transmission it goes high when it receive valid data

On both sides, too much wires here and I didn't notice. I'll post schemes as soon as I'll get everything working because for testing I just used Majoka's scheme from the topic which he posted above. I think I'll face more problems, however, I feel happy because wirless transmission works fine.
