HI majoka,, Now solved! I did not expect that the PIC18f452 during simulation the WDT is running..
It's weird but after almost 24 hours of debugging I found in the protues log that it's WDT caused the problem...
i already tried PIC18f4550, 4520, 45lf20 ,PIC16f628/690 but it's wroking well without disabling the WDT durin simulation..
try running blinking led every 2secs in proteus using PIC18f452 then you will see it will not function well because WDT keeps reseting the PIC...

anyhow keep remember by default watchdog timer is on
and Proteus also simulate it and generate message in log window
even when array overflow and address overlap the it also generate messages
Proteus is strong tool
