PIC16F877 - Siemens C55 - max232 - rs232 SMS Sending

pls help i cannot connection with this materials.

this schematic what i did for communication between them.

in proteus simulation i send sms with COMPIM but at breadboard it doesnt work pls help me. :SSS

first check is serial communication is doing or not
short pin 3 and 4 on the schematic that is data in and data out and send any character u should see it back

im sending data from microcontroller, if i do short 3 and 4 how can i send any character??? thx

If you connect pins 3 and 4 (Max232 9+10) it will loop anything sent to the MAX232 back to the sender.
This tests a lot of the circuit.
Connect to a PC, using the attached program or similar.

it is laser security system wtih sms sendng when laser cut logic 1, red led burning and sms will send. i save the pdu message to siemens c55 s memory and im sending to mobile AT+CMSS=1. It means send 1. message in mobiles's memory it is working on proteus COMPIM. i connect to mobile to my laptop and it sends SMS but on breadboard it doesnt :S

In the circuit in your first post the power is taken from CTS and RTS.
Your microcontroller does not connect these pins.

To test,remove the 78L05 regulator and supply the 5 volts from the microcontroller board.

before i did it first without 78l05 i used only tx,rx and gnd pins of rs232 and it doesnt work. i thought it is about mobile's working voltage 0-3,3v and did first picture which i share again result is same
