Hi Ajay,

I have been trying to understand your delay logic for the 3.024mS and I came up with a different value for the last loop . Your value was #100 which in my calculation addsup to ...
(512*5) + ( 202) = 2.762 ms . According to me this probably should have been 131 which would give the value of 232 ?

In any case the reading using a TSOP1738 with your program gives me different values each time. The ADDRESS is always=000 but the command varies a lot . I have values from 000 to 057 etc.
I have written a small BIN2BCD routine and am sending the values to the serial port so that I can see what is being read.
I have used every Phillips remote that I have (TV,DVD,CD) Surprisingly ALL give me an address of "000" . I don't think this correct.
What Am I doing wrong? Can you give me some ideas? I know you are busy and must be finding it amusing that there are guys like us too in this great big world!!!
Cheers
Ravi Rao
PS You can see I have been fiddling with the values.......no luck as yet
