Ajay, because I want to have multiple RFID in the future so I think the best way is to have extra com port. Since microcontroller only have 1 serial port.

Also how do i connect the prototype area?

I am not clear with "prototype area". Can you be more clear on what you specifying.

Oh sorry sorry, I mean the prototype area on my development board. I am able to implement LED on the prototype area on the development board.

But now the problem is I want to implement switch on it. But still cannot do. Hope anyone can help.

you can connect switch to controller I/O pin as shown in image below.
