8051 based weather monitoring system

i want to build a 8051 based weather monitoring system
i want to know the type of sensors i can use for temperature and humidity that should be easily available in india

LM35 for temperature

Humidity sensors are available from Honeywell but they are kind of costly. I am not sure if you get them in local market.
"HIH-4000-001 humidity sensor,0-100% RH"
and cost of this sensor as per RS-Components is Rs.2,608.00

thanks ajay the cost would be 10000-12000 i also want to encorporate wind speed sensor,wind vane and solar meter any of htose possible ?
