Please explain what Holi is..

HOLI is Indian festival of colours, it is celebrated to commemorate the win of Good over Evil. People smear colours over each other.

History: A female demon named "Holika" is summoned by the King "Hirinyakashyap" to kill his own son "Prahalad" who is God's preacher but in the process, the demon herself gets blazed by fire leaving "Prahalad" unharmed. Prahalad proclaims the greatness of God's will and people celebrate this occasion with colours.
