Iits 38Khz precisely. it is available in UK market. but only bulk orders are available. It is used for a FM Tx chip. BA1404

I don't think its available in indian market..
I searched on one of the best online store..
www.rsindia.com and i couldn't find it there..
40MHz is there, 33.333Mhz is there, 32Mhz is there.. 48MHz is there but not 38

yes BA1404 is available in india. costs around 120 rs.

try if you can use NE555 for making 38Khz square wave.. is it possible check the datasheet.
