hello,
my board is working now, but only problem left is when i program through philips flash utility.program is getttign load file compare is getting failed and i program through flash magic i am not getting any errors.

you mean verify is failing?
make sure you are not activating the security bits while programming.

hai,
i solved that problem by;
open philips flash utility ,menu->buffer->flash buffer operations.
a window will be opened asking for load hex file,i have loaded my hex file and clicked on vector calc, only two bytes changed in the address 0x14 and 0x15 ,then i clecked on save hex file.
now i again dumped the saved hex file and clicked on compare flash,then its showing file compare pass.
as i am using keil may be it is not generating the values in address 0x14 and 0x15
what i s that significant in this addresses
