really need to understand and start workin with microcontollers-a beginners course or tutorial

Pls,I'm a beginner in the use of microcontroller.Dont know how one works,how it is made to work in a circuit or I just an absolute dunce and I want to start understanding dis stuff in 10 days.Pls can I just know where I can wake up from and find out that I know microcontrollers. HELP PLEASE

depends on what micro controller u want to start from...
if u want to start with avr there is a real helpful tutorial in this site....
before that get some basic knowledge of digital electronics... that wud help..
