problem in running project

send me a clear pic of the "component side" while the circuit is ON. i wanna see what kind of output you are getting.

if its a dark black line in the first line of LCD. then check the crystal.. i saw your soldering.. i hope you havn't burn anything if you can get a CRO then check the crystal is working or not..

rest we'll discuss after u attach a clear pic.. of the board.
