Please Suggest an embedded course institute.

Dear all.
I am working with embedded systems since last two years with 8051 as a hardware developer and debugging the hardware. i wants to learn programming part now i have tried it at my room but no outcome due to my schedule.i have resigned from my current job and really scared either it is a good decision or bad.you guys are superb please suggest any institute in banglore,pune or other location.i would be highly thankfull to you.presently i am in delhi.

The Best as i have heard in Bangalore is CDAC I hope it has branch in Pune also.it is operated by the govt.There is an entrance exam for it.
