suppose my a51 exe is in c:/a51
change directory to it

To invoke the Assembler, you enter A51 at the DOS prompt. The command line must contain the name of the 8051 assembly source file to be assembled as well as any required command-line controls. The format for the A51 assembler command line is:

what errors you are getting?
shyam has given you all the information you need..
Also for A51 assembler org is .org
end is .end etc.. there is a [dot] in front of all the assembler directives. those could be the only errors you might be getting.
