Head movement controlled wheelchair

hello,
as the above title, im working on a project to control the movement of wheelchair using head tracking. Currently im using "freetrack" software where it managed to track the movement of the head and can be output as cursor movement. My idea is now, designing a program or tools where it can detect the movement of the cursor and send the data to the microcontroller via "usb" where it will control the stepper motoer. But now im stuck on the cursor movement detection. can you guys give me any idea or suggestion for me to start with?

u can use any tool vb, vb.net , c , mat lab, sharpe etc

Freetrack must be using some way of linking head movement with cursor. I have not gone through the library yet.. but you can drill down to findout yourself. If you face any problem let us know.
