Hi!

This schematic is very good, the idea is perfect. Counters (744040N) make the address of RAM.
Data from camera will been saved to the external memory (HM628512A).
And with the shift register (74LS597N) you can read the data from the RAM.
But I read your MBED code and I found some problem so I have questions.
Where and when did you set CE , OE and WE in the code?
Can I use the MT9D111 (SOC2010) Register Wizard on Windows system?
Where can I download it?
Please response to [email protected]
Thanks.

Check this driver for TI's EX3691 also known as Micron MT9D111. Its a linux driver but you can take out init code from it.
