proteous help

i have instal proteus 7.8 ,which i have download fron this site from a thread on my desk top on XP OS , but i want to instal this one on my window7 OS (laptop) .
please any body can tell me how i can instal on window seven.

yes i install proteus v7.8 sp2 with window 7 as well as xp
these are the files that are being patched when we run patch
but window 7 not allow to edit registry so easily
try to run every software as an administrator

here i am attaching these files when u install proteus go to C drive and follow this path

if window is 32 bit
C:\Program Files\Labcenter Electronics\Proteus 7 Professional

if window is 64 bit
C:\Program Files(x86)\Labcenter Electronics\Proteus 7 Professional

replace these files with your installed files after that i hope so it will work
now what error your receiving i think that is license error of proteus
