Intelligent helmet

Hi..
I have decided this project for my BE project..
1) if rider wear helmet then only bike will start otherwise bike will not start..
2) alcohol detector included and if it detects alcohol then also bike will not start
3) if accident takes place then it should send sms and exact location should be tracked..
Please.. Help me regarding this...
I have only idea..
Where can i get circuit diagram and details of the same..
If anyone completed similar project plz do reply....

how we can detect that driver wear helmet or not
first mile stone is this
tracking of location can be tracked using gps and message can be sent using gsm modem
but it need battery backup
or bike battery can be used
when accident take place both module can be damage
if it get power from bike battery may be wires break
so there is a discussion needed on it to make it as ideal as possible

@majoka: actually somebody completed this project that bike will start only after wearing helmet..
Thats why i asked..
And there is project on this site accident vehicle tracking..
I want to combine both this..

Yes vicky, U r right. Somebody has done this project and he has used RF Modules for the same. To detect whether the rider wears the helmet or not, put a switch inside the helmet.. First design a block diagram and then go for schematic..

in last post the attachement was not visible.........
n RF is only the option to detect the helmet is on or not

but one could keep halmet nearby so that RF detects the halmet and bike will start. you need something like car seatbelt detection. there is a switch in the seatbelt which checks if seatbelt is locked or not when speed goes over 10km/h.

@Gaurav, can you ask author of this report if they are willing to submit this project? It will be helpful for others.
