m working on green bee project.bt i have a problem . i have interfaced ldr with 8051. as the ldr circuit should give output voltages to show 4 different conditions i.e. optimum,dim,dark and night.out of these 4 conditions,for three conditions the circuit is giving proper voltage and the bulb simulated as light is working properly.
but for the last conditions i.e. night, the bulb is always off,as it should be on that time. and the output in night condition is always greater than 3.6v. but as described in the report for the ldr circuit, the output voltage should be 3v-3.47v.
i have used resistance of 10k.

please help me.

Sorry for late late late reply, I was too busy with something. Anyways.. regarding your problem. No two LDRs are same. So it may be possible that your LDR is behaving a different way so you might need to make changes in the ADC code to make things work. You can change the cutoff voltage for the fourth condition to keep values in limit.
