after long time I find a pc with a serial port and then try to operate haserver.
my problem is that my telnet interface does not present any feedback after connect to the server. when i press enter , telnet window show some text which like japanese or some symbols.
my steps were,
1. connect the usb dongle to pc and find the IP using ipconfig command
2.plug haserver hardware through serial port and suply power to it
3.open haserver software and telnet window
4.telnet client connected successfully with hasever software(on same pc)
5.but there are no any feedback show telnet wndow..(ajey sir's vedio has a feedback massege)
6.then i wrote "stat" or somethingin in telnet window and press enter,so that telnet window shows sequence of symbols which like japanese.
7.then install thousand of fonts set and nothing changed.

i think my hardware is ok bcz it's display show "read message" sentence.
plz see that link
is there any problems in my procedure pls tell me and what is the reason for that issue..

It sounds as if you have different baud rates somewhere.

@ ExperimenterUK
can you provide further explanation..? and is it recoverable??

try checking it on hyper-terminal first... i am the one who made its hardware and video.....

your problem is with serial communication hardware is working fine that's why it is showing "read message" ....

check connections of MAX-232 especially ground terminal.... in hyper-terminal you should have to receive "Welcome to Home Automation Server"

Best of Luck....

PS: I am dam busy will reply after 24 hours same time, thanks for patience in advance

These statements seem to conflict, are you using a built in serial port or a USB adapter ?
If using an adapter it may be set to the wrong speed
If using an adapter find your way into the "Device manager" for your computer.
How you do this depends on your version of Windows.
In "Device manager" find the entry for "Ports"
Find the entry for the USB/serial adapter.

Confirm that it is set to the same com port as the Haserver program.(Com1 ?)

Confirm that it is set to the same baud rate as the 8051 micro, probably 9600 but I'm not sure.

As coolmirza143 said, you can use Hyperterminal or a similar program to test the connection
the the micro.
Serial connections can be tricky.
Keep trying, it will work

@ coolmirza143 & ExperimenterUK
thank you both brothers.
i am using serial port(com1) for haserver device and usb dongle is used to connect to the internet.
i tried both xp hyperterminal and terminal v1.6 softwares and that softwares do nothing display anything at initial ,
but after i pressed "enter" button in terminal v1.6 , it's recieve section shows some symbols..
but hyperterminal has nothing for respond to "enter"

i set the variables using coolmirza143 bro's old comment
that comment was;
----------------------------------------------------
1. connect you cable to DB-9 adapter.
2. Turn ON hardware it will show "Read Message".
3. Open Hyper Terminal
i) Set Baud Rate to 9600
ii) Select Hardware "None" in Bottom menu
4. Press 3 to 4 Enters from keyboard in hyper-terminal window
5. You will see Response from server like this "Welcome to Home Automation Server"
--------------------------------------------
i also checked that 3 terminals which are connected to the serial port(i used a female port in my hardware and terminals are soldered using their printed numbers)
i couldn't find any mistake..
then what should i do..??

Are you using an 11.0592MHz crystal with 33pF caps ?

Hyperterminal can be misleading.
Try different baud rates in "Terminal."

Consider loading a test program into your 8051 continuously send "* " (or any char)
Consider loading a test program into your 8051 to print any chars it receives on the lcd.

boss.. i tried different baud rates in terminal. but no effect.
i used 12mhz(for both mcu programming and haserver) and 2*33pf(for both mcu programming and haserver)..
// i used an ISP programmer
i dont understand that,
"""Consider loading a test program into your 8051 continuously send "* " (or any char)
Consider loading a test program into your 8051 to print any chars it receives on the lcd. """
pls explain it..

The program timing is for an 11.0592MHz crystal.
Either change the crystal or the program.
Are you able to compile new hex code ?

dont use 12MHz crystal, use 11.0592 MHz and reburn the hex file if possible.....

i hope your problem will be cured after replacing the crystal to original value....
