I replaced crystel as you both said and now its work fine!!!
i want to know another thing,
i used one pc and one laptop, haserver hrdware connect with pc through serial cable..
pc connect to the internet using usb dongle..
laptop also connect to the internet through another usb dongle and i tried to access haserver using that laptop's telnet client.

i used both my pc's private IP(ipconfig shown address/ that is dynamic) and public IP which i found from internet(using "show my IP" at google)
but i couldn't connect with pc's haserver..
what is the problem.??

@ dhanushka888
as i think this project will work on a LAN network
as in your case the pc and laptop both are connected with different usb dongle
that is why you are not able to connect
it is my guess

Being Network Engineer i can help you in this regard..... but sincerely its not an e z thing to deal with!!

you need a Public IP this time you are under a private host/ ISP.... if you wanna use this hardware in this scenario then you must have access to router of your ISP again impossible so in these circumstances you are not able to communicate with your hardware with any front or back door!!!

The problem is that your two USB dongles are actually part of a LAN owned by the mobile phone network.
I'm afraid computers in the outside world cannot "call" your PC or laptop.
Nor can your PC or laptop call each other
You need a "hardwired" internet connection such as broadband or even a dial up connection.
It has been a while since I used a dial up connection, but it should still work.

If anyone knows how to do it, please let us know.
