am new to micro controller programming and i need some one to help me out on how to write code efficiently, and how to build a programmer to test my codes. i'll appreciate any help, tutorials, and e-books on this.

there are many books and helping materials in ebook section
just go through that
also there are tutorials in tutorial section to learn
