green house monitor and control

my query was that which diode should i use as protection diode in relay circuit because as specified by u 10BQ015 is an smb model.
so pls suggest me.
also which circuit to be used for clock generation in adc of 500khz.......none are working in proteus when we put the ic 4093 or lm555

@navneetextc we have two different versions of greenbee project. Can you specify which project are you referring to?

It's Greenbee 2..but only the Proteus simulation.

@navneetextc ..they used 10BQ015 in Proteus, but any diode will do.
Use the IN4148/IN4001,2,3,4,5,6,7 will be okay.
