Keil uVision3 v3.60

I want to do a program for LPC2138. Each time I create new project and select NXP LPC2138, it gives error.

uvision3- path for toolset undefined
"F:\Keil\Tools.ini" does not contain a path.
You have selected a device where no toolchain has been installed.

Please help me.
Why this error comes? How to remove the error?

You need to install Keil MDK. Probably you are using C51 (8051) version of keil right now on your PC.
