Help required in "Microcontroller based home security system project"

Folder containing "mcu2 door lock"...inside it there is a folder naming "password door lock system final".....

Ok.. I see the hex file is actually created using a free version of keil thats the reason its not getting loaded in your programmer software. free version of keil start adding data after 2K of memory so for 89C2051 data does not load properly. Can you try the hex file attached?

sir i have tried this file but it is not working properly....
i found another microcontroller naming AT89C4051.....It has 4kb....so may i use this microcontroller i.e AT89c4051 instead of AT89c2051....
also tell me the change in the code if i use AT89C4051.....

there should not be any change in code. But the hex file I have provided should work as I recreated it from the source. Anyways still give a try to 4051.
