When I looked at the video... first though was "Shiny" 
display looks really good. and thanks for correcting about BC547 driving segments. Coz I remember for bigger segments I used PNP transistors so as to provide better current. anyways.. regarding the order of digits. just do a minor change:
I swapped display enable for seg3 and seg1. test it and let me know if it worked.
