LED MATRIX SHOWS ANY LETTER PARTIALLY NOT COMPLETELY

After uploading message via USB to RS232 adapter message saved successfully into 24C16 EEPROM. LED Matrix shows some letter completely but some are partially. Please suggest me how to solve this problem ?

If the display is showing something, it sounds like a hardware problem.
Most likely is a bad connection.

Try to identify exactly which LEDs are not working.

Three letters E,Z and I displaying completely but rest of the alphabets like A,B,C,D displaying partially.And also in the number section only 5,7 and 1 displaying completely.

As Phil said this looks more of a hardware problem. Is it possible to post picture of hardware to see the problem. It will help us to suggest you some better solution.
