Multi Serial interface to ARM Board

My project is to interface several serial interfaces such as RS232, RS485, USB and CAN to ARM Board using RL-ARM library(RTOS) by keil..
I don't know where to start..
Now for the first step I need to program for interfacing RS232 to LPC2148 board..Pls help me, anybody here..

ok! to start with which IDE or compiler you're planning to use? Did you make a custom board or using a ready board?

Thanks for the reply...I already mentioned that am going to use Keil IDE and board is LPC2148...
