sir, i did your led scrolling mass display, and it was working fine, bet i dnt no if you can help me with the cod and hex file, is not displaying small later, and the matrix if i want it to be 8row on 8&8&8 will it afet the brith of the led,and allso how to make charter scroll up and down and fresed for morment thanks

@martin the HEX file provided in the project is not compiled from the same code provided in that zip file, the code is slightly newer than the source from which the HEX file is generated. the code provided with this project does include the capital and small later (instead of only capital later in provided HEX file). so i suggest you to compile that code and generate new HEX file, this will solve your small later problem. In addition the increase or decrease in attached number of matrix won't effect the brightness of LEDs (but change in numbers of row will). And if you need scroll up and down effect, you need to modify the code. first understand the in-code scrolling algorithm for horizontal scrolling and make the necessary change (Tip: instead of shifting columns shift rows for vertical scroll and don't shift anything for freeze effect).
