Regarding duty cycle variation output

Iam doing a project using 8051 Microcontroller in which the output duty cycle must be varied based on the input binary values (0000 to 1010). The frequency range is 0 to 50Hz. This is very important and urgent. So kindly respond if you could help me ASAP. It would be better if the code is provided too.
