Microcontroller programmer

I have selected Nuvoton make W77E058A microcontroller for using its 2 UART. But the programmer which can program Winbond make W77E058A can not program Nuvoton make W77E056 A40DL. Flash Programming and Verification Waveforms are also not available in the data sheet. Please help me providing the above waveforms or alternate suggestion.

Do you have a programmer for either device ?

There are other programmers, but they all seem expensive.
