Can anyone please help me out how to Interface an R305 FingerPrint Module with 8051 MicroController

You can connect the TX/RX pins of the R305 to the TX/RX pins of the 8051
if both run at the same voltage.
Load the finger prints from a PC, using a USB/ serial converter.
Use a fairly simple program on the 8051 to ask the R305 to report matches.
