AT89C2051 Clock Kit sems blank ?

Hello,
I am a newbie with ATMEL MCU..
i bought a KiT for a 6 digits 7seg clock, based on a AT89C2051 ..:
reference: HORLOGE 5 V-12 V AT89C2051 6xLED SH-E 878 LP063367754GB

when i read the signature of the device i get that:

my question :
Signature is located in adresse 00 and 01
i tought , if i can read a signature , does it means the MCU is BLANK ?
and when reading the code , i get FC or FE , not FF as on a blank device
it is normal ?

i tought i could read the clock program of this KIT !
but NO !
is it because some Lock bit are on inside the program ?
or this MCU device is BLANK or DEFECT .

Can someone provied to me the code ( *.hex) for that clock ?

The chip is probably locked.

i buid it today ... it' works fine ..
so, I learn one more thing ... 0xFC means protected by Lockbit ..
so solved...
