It still looks like a faulty triac or a wiring error.
Remove all components but the triac.
Connect one side of the bulb to pin 2 (T2) and the other side to mains live.
Connect pin 1 (T1) to mains neutral.
Leave pin 3 (GATE) not connected.
The bulb should be off.
Then connect a resistor ( 100- 500 ohms) between pin 2 and pin 3.
The bulb should be on,with nothing burning.

Hi sir
did the changes as per instructions. The circuitry is fine as per the burning is concerned. No heating is observed. But the speed of the fan is not changing. It gets speed up at particular level with pulsations in its speed. Is there any frequency that we should get at the output of zero detector circuit?
And sir i have uploaded a link related to mine project

Thanks for the video clip, it's a good idea.
Electric motors vary a lot in how they work and are no good for testing.
Use a light bulb.
When fault finding it is important to take one step at a time.
Please follow these steps and tell me what happened.
Using a light bulb, does vary properly ?
If not...
Remove all components but the triac.
Connect one side of the bulb to pin 2 (T2) and the other side to mains live.
Connect pin 1 (T1) to mains neutral.
Leave pin 3 (GATE) not connected.
The bulb should be off is it ?
Then connect a resistor ( 100- 500 ohms) between pin 2 and pin 3.
The bulb should be on full power ,with nothing burning is it ?

If the circuit works with a light bulb, the problem may be the motor.
This controller is good for series motors, with brushes( small hand tools), not induction motors.
Reconnect the snubber across the triac.
Try other motors.

Hi sir
after checking all the connection i connected the board to supply the bulb get directly on and it shows little flickring when we go to level 7-8 in bargraph led
after that i change old optocoupler(moc3021) from the new one(moc3021) and again connected to supply now the bulb won't get directly on but sir it neither gets on when we press the increment / decrement switch
sir what should i do ????
and sir can u let me know what should be an current in MA's output on load side
