hello sir ,
thank u 4 ur help.
--> yes the extra key which i want to put is special function key like time set.now, how can i handle it?
-->i have compiled your code in uvision2 as it is as it is in the zip file with separate file for ports.h , rtc.c etc.
i am having an error like "fatel error i/o inputs access denied".
it is occuring when i am building the targate , what should i do?
shouid i merrage all the file in a single file or i should build targate for the main file project.c only? And it will genarate only one hex file which i should load.
please answer early.
urs faith full,

are you sure u are doing the right way?
all your C and H files must be in a same folder, but can be in separate folder than that of the project.
add all the C files in the project workspace.. no need to add H files will be included automatically...
then compile... and tell me..
one more thing, are u sure you are using full version? with no 2K restriction?
