the problem should be solved when you run any thing on window7 as an admin
so make it habit on window 7 to run as admin
i give you a simple tip

i do this trick on windows 8
simply installed a proteus on any 32 bit system or even on xp window
now copy a "Labcenter Electronics" into flash drive
now install a proteus on your 64 bit computer or even do not instal ... Read Compelte post
