Atmel 8051 micro: AT89C51-ED2 in 40 pin DIP package - HELPPPP

I need to find some Atmel AT89C51-ED2-3CSIM (or 3CSUM) chips for some projects. Atmel stopped making them and I can't find them anywhere.

I really want that part because ... its a 51 family part and I'm used to it, its a DIP package and I can use cheap wire wrap sockets, it has 64 KB program space in FLASH, 2KB RAM, 2 KB EEPROM ...
