Hello, hope someone can help me, is it possible to trigger/control the brake of a car using 8051 microcontroller? how do you think I can trigger it?

i know this dangerous, but i think this can be solve by braking slowly until the car will be in full stop. uhm, i want to do it because i'd like to make this as another security feature for anti-car theft.
my idea is, since i'll just test this on a emulated car brake system instead on a real car, i can use a dc motor to give force to the emulated master cylinder. to make it safer, i will let the dc motor start slow then accelerate until it will achieve a speed to full stop the car. is it possible for 8051 alone to control the speed of the dc motor? also, if you have another suggestions for stopping the car by it's brake, pls. post

The problem is that your intended method may be safe,
but what if it goes wrong ?
What if it slams the brakes full on while you ( or even a thief) are driving ?
