Automatic AVR code Generator

IS THERE IS ANY SOFTWARE in which we can assign pins to the inputs and outputs and generate AVR code.

you mean just like making a ladder structure and code is generated?
right now no software as far as i know.. maybe in future..

if you can better explain your need in detail.. maybe we can think of something?

I already told you. these are ladder design software.. used for PLCs. if you want take a look at an advanced version of ladder design softwares.. then take a look at this..
www.microshadow.com download demo version of LadderWORK software and try it. its for 8051 not AVR.
