Digital Clock with Alarm Using DS1307

Hello Ajay

I built a clock with your project "Digital Clock with Alarm Using DS1307" and it works perfectly. Now excuse-me for the lack of knowledge I am just a beginer (dummie) but is it possible in the same project to use a rtc VT82885 (this chip is the same as the DS12885)?
Sorry for any inconvenience and the errors in the grammar or sintax I am brazilian.

Hi Nelson,
if you want to use VT82885, then there is change in the circuit as well as the program. because the interface of this RTC is different... kind of memory mapped interface where as DS1307 has I2C serial interface. So a lot of things to be changed..
check the datasheet page 8,9 for pin information...
and on the first page they have given a sample circuit.. if you feel any problem you may ask me anytime
