NEW RESEARCH IDEA......!!!

HEY EVERYONE H R U ALL?
here i find a new idea about electronics circuits may be there a working on it but i dont know about that.its a new for me and may be for u all.idea is

invent a circuit that stops the dog barking.
or
invent a circuit that communicates with cats.

can anyone have this idea?????

The only legal way I know to stop a dog barking is by using
a loud ultrasonic noise.

There are plenty of devices on sale to do that.

As for cats..they can talk.. but they just don't choose
to talk to humans

just be sure not to keep the ultrasound on for too long as the dog will surely stop barking but may start whining ( which is more irritating).
