TPS.. i want to give suggestion for your 7-seg PCB design..
you can improve it more.. as i see many problems are there..
make it something like this..

Add three transistors too.. to switch commons.. and give the o/p on the header also keep them in row... doesn't matter if the size of PCB increases by an inch It must be like a plug and play thing.. just add it and it will run
