problems Installing IAR

Hello,
Can somebody Help me? I am workingg with IARwb. and i have problems installing the licence number. I had 30 free licence and one friend give me other licence but i can't install well.

why dont you ask your friend to assist you? he has got 30 license that means he must know how to do installation and add license.
