Microcontroller 8051 with PC interface

first check that please
if that is ok then come to serial port
check all boxes as hex binary and decimal

yes led workd correctly
now em backd to serial port
here now im sending 4rm microcontroller n it iz showing dez thng instead of ABCDEFG......

awl thng wrkng properly now jst change of output cum wat could be da error ??

go a simple experiment
i think it may be a problem of max 232
take out controller from its base
short 10 and 11 pin by wire controller should not be in ic base
send any character from pc u should receive that in the same format
it will verify is max is ok or not

i have 3 max 232 it iz showing same thg wid awl max 232

do the above experiment it will verify ur max 232 portion and its wiring
if it is verified then it is easy to detect where is problem
do above experiment short pin 10 and 11 without controller and send data from pc u should receive same

okay i will do dat 2mrrow coz i dnt hv serial port available on my computer
