thankq sir,
after installing the programmer software i selected the'I2Cwith 8bits' and Iselected the device '24xx' but i was unable to open the 'I2Cbuffer' to enter the amount please tell me the steps I have to follow for entering the amount into the card...

I thought you might figure out yourself so i did not reply..
anyways.. first you need to do the setup.. of ponyprog describing which interface you are using.. see the circuits on pony prog website to know more..

After completing the setup.. go to device from the top menu bar and select the I2C EEPROM you are using.. then go to edit select edit buffer enabled then go to utility click on "clear buffer"...
you will see a whole page filled with "0xFF". then click on the location you want to edit.. and then click on "write device button" to write to EEPROM.

now please tell me how the MC is able to store the data regarding the per unit price and the remaining balance after the amount has been entered... :-)

hey come on.. read the code carefully will tell you but atleast find something.. where you can think unit price will be..
you should do some work too.. read it.. carefully..

Hint: think like a microcontroller when you are trying to understand a code..

sir,
can i able to burn the program hex code into the MC using the ponyprog v2.06f version if it is so please sent me the circuit to connect the MC to PC......
and also the steps to follow.....

which micro you are going to use... try to google it. you will surely get a circuit..
