Hi,
I want to interface accelerometer(MMA8451) with my LPC2148 board. I have read the datasheets, tutorials and codebundle code but its all complicated for me. I would be glad if someone posts a step by step tutorial for LPC2148 I2C interface.
Thank you.
Pawan

well i2c for LPC is not that step by step easy
I guess its all self explaining if you go through the datasheet and i2c state machine they have given in the datasheet. you just need to set the proper bits and wait for status to change. But make sure you understand the i2c protocol correctly before getting your hands dirty

Hi Ajay,
Thanks to the tutorial in this site. I have learnt general I2C communication.I can read a byte, send a byte to a specific register and interface EEPROM. I need to demonstrate a crash/accident using the MMA8451 accelerometer. any Ideas?

I really have no idea of the scenario MMA8451 will report when a crash happens... try to post some values for debug on terminal and shake the device to see what you get on terminal.
