hardware circuit for 8 relay interface card

I am doing a project on controlling 8 relays from Microcontroller.
I have done all the coding for Controlling relays.
I need hardware Circuitary Between the relays and Microcontroller, something like the board from onlinetps.com.

Can any one tell me which IC's has been used in that board? or what is hardware Circuitary in that board?
